Friday Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Friday ("the Bot," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Bot. These terms apply to all users and Discord server owners who invite or interact with Friday.

2. Description of Service

Friday is a Discord bot that provides moderation, ticketing, automation, and related tools for Discord servers. Features may change over time as the Bot is updated, improved, or expanded. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Friday in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use Friday for illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes
  • Not attempt to disrupt, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot's operation
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs in servers where you have administrative control
  • Not use Friday to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized content

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of Friday is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the minimal data necessary for the Bot to function. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties. We do not use your data for AI or machine learning training.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Friday at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Server owners may remove Friday from their servers at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Friday is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Friday after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
